Hey there, I'm ElishaMonique, and I started my beauty business journey back in 2001 and have spent years learning how to navigate this wonderful industry we've all grown to love. In 2007, I opened my first salon business and built it from zero to six-figures in about five years. During the first few years of business I struggled tremendously but eventually created systems that helped me grow my salon and build a winning team in the process.
