The Globus family of brands is launching in-person events where travel advisors can network and take advantage of educational opportunities.
The company, which owns tour operators Globus and Cosmos and river cruise line Avalon Waterways, will organize road shows, executive summits and familiarization trips, promising to take "advisor support to a whole new level."
Chief sales officer Camille Olivere said Globus has "designed an innovative program of events to connect, educate and celebrate our trusted partners, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and knowledge they need to thrive and profit in 2025 and beyond."
Globus will host a roadshow with more than 100 events across North America in February. The events will feature presentations led by cruise and tour directors, giving advisors insights into what Globus brands have to offer.
Also, the company will hold exclusive executive summits for the first time, giving owners of top-performing agencies a chance to attend two-day events in Orlando, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, Denver, Toronto and Vancouver. The events will have educational opportunities and enable attendees to gain insights into growing their businesses.
In addition, the Globus family of brands is revamping its familiarization trip program, inviting 1,500 travel advisors on tours and river cruises.
"We are committed to investing in our advisor community because their success is our success," Olivere said. "We look forward to connecting with thousands of advisors, sharing unforgettable experiences and empowering them to generate more sales -- and more commissions –-- this year than ever before."
