Jason Montague, the newly minted chief luxury officer overseeing Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises, has appointed new chief commercial officers for both brands.

The move comes after Montague's February arrival, which shook up the leadership structure for Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings' upscale brands. Oceania president Frank A. Del Rio left the company in mid-February and Regent president Andrea DeMarco was expected to leave the line on Monday.

Montague has made other appointments to consolidate responsibilities covering both brands. For example, he tapped Regent senior vice president and chief sales officer Steve Odell for the new role of senior vice president of international and consumer sales for both Oceania and Regent. Odell will lead both brands' international sales teams and their consumer and onboard sales teams.
Pat Scheer, currently vice president of guest services for Regent, will now lead the global guest services and guest relations operations for both brands. Jason Worth, Oceania's vice president of international sales, will now serve as vice president of brand finance and strategy for both brands.
The company previously announced Brennan Quesnele will serve as senior vice president of sales and trade marketing for Oceania. For the Regent brand, Shawn Tubman will continue his role as senior vice president of sales and trade marketing.
