CAN I UPGRADE TO THE ANNUALMEMBERSHIP?
You can upgrade your membership at anytime. In fact you'll save money on your investment if you do so. Just follow the link to upgrade on your account page and you'll be all set.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ACCOUNT?
Of course we don't want you to cancel but if you really need to you can find the link on your account page. Just remember that if you cancel now and decide to return later your rate may be higher than it currently is.
MY PAYMENT HAS OR WILL FAIL, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you suspect that your payment will fail just pause your account until you can get things sorted out. You can pause your account for up to 60 days during the fiscal year.

IF I PAUSE MY ACCOUNT WHAT WILL HAPPEN?
If you pause your account your monthly investment will be suspended until the account is turned back on. Unfortunately you will not have access to your account during the PAUSE but you will maintain the current rate at which you pay and it will not increase during the PAUSE. You can PAUSE your account for up to 60 days per fiscal year.
HOW DO I BECOME A MODERATOR FOR THE SITE?
We select certain members to become moderators for the Club throughout the year. You can let us know that you're interested in becoming a moderator by filling out the form below and we will keep you in consideration during our selections. Just say you'd liked to be considered in the form.
