Famously profane chef and TV personality Gordon Ramsay has opened his second burger spot on the Las Vegas Strip.
Gordon Ramsay Burger debuted at Flamingo Las Vegas in January, his seventh restaurant overall at Caesars Entertainment properties on the Strip. The 300-seat, 12,000-square-foot space features an exhibition kitchen, an island-style bar, storefront windows and several dining zones. A 50-seat, open-air patio, featuring a 25-foot-tall LED column, overlooks the Strip. Union Jack accents are a tribute to Ramsay's home country.
"Lucky number seven, can you believe it?" Ramsay said. "Las Vegas is like a second home to me, and the Caesars team are like family."

The Cluck Yeah G.F.C. (Gordon's Fried Chicken) Sandwich has crispy chicken tossed in a spicy sauce, red cabbage slaw and pickled red onions on a pink brioche bun. The Full English Breakfast Burger includes a sausage patty, HP sauce (a popular condiment in the U.K.), roasted mushrooms, tomato, bacon, a sunnyside-up egg and Heinz beans. The Steak Dinner Burger features a Wagyu patty, sauteed mushrooms and onions, Boursin spread and HP sauce.
The sweet menu items include a Sticky Toffee Waffle with toasted pecans and vanilla ice cream and the 99 Flake Shake, a vanilla shake with waffle cone pieces, the British Flake chocolate bar and chocolate fudge.
Ramsay's other restaurants in Las Vegas are the Pub & Grill and Hell's Kitchen at Caesars Palace; Gordan Ramsay Steak in Paris Las Vegas, Gordan Ramsay Burger in Planet Hollywood, Ramsay's Kitchen in Harrah's and Fish & Chips at the Linq Promenade.
Gordon Ramsay Burger at Flamingo is open from 10 a.m. to midnight daily.
