Beaches Resorts unveiled details of its Treasure Beach Village expansion at the Beaches Turks & Caicos. Reservations are open for stays starting March 1, 2026.
The $150 million development will be the sixth village at the all-inclusive resort and will grow accommodations to 858 keys.

The 100-acre Treasure Beach Village will have 101 multi-bedroom concierge and butler suites, which are designed with large families in mind.
Accommodations will range in size from two to four bedrooms. Suites will have bunk beds with a trundle, kitchens and outdoor living rooms, with villas offering additional amenities like washers and dryers, wine coolers, outdoor mini-fridges and outdoor gas cooktops.
Some of the development's top-tier accommodations will include the three-bedroom Treasure Beach Chairman's Penthouse Suite, spanning two stories and more than 2,800 square feet, and the three-story beachfront Treasure Beach CrystalSky Reserve Villas, which will feature a private pool and rooftop and be able to accommodate up to 10 guests.

Treasure Beach Village will add seven new dining venues to the resort's culinary portfolio, with each venue accessible to all Beaches Turks and Caicos guests. One notable addition will be Butch's Island Chophouse, a signature dining concept at several Sandals resorts that is making its Beaches debut.
Another first for the Beaches brand will be the village's Pinta Food Hall, which will showcase an array of fare, including tacos, ceviche, dumplings and pizza.
The new village will be home to a 15,000-square-foot infinity-edge pool with ocean views. The pool area will have a natural gradient design, which is intended to mimic a beach. There will be three slides, a mini pool, a splash pad for toddlers and swim-up bar service.

The 32-seat Starfish Cinema will serve popcorn and other refreshments. The lobby area will feature an ornately carved "sea garden" on its ceiling.
The new village joins the existing Caribbean, Seaside, Key West, Italian and French villages at the Beaches Turks & Caicos. With this addition, the resort will have a total of 30 dining options and 16 pools.
In addition to the Beaches Turks and Caicos, Beaches has resorts in Negril and Ocho Rios in Jamaica. The company is converting the Sandals Emerald Bay in the Bahamas to the Beaches Exuma.
